Return & Replacement Policy

At Charis Studios, we take great pride in the intentionality and craftsmanship of every piece we produce. Because our items are either made-to-order or handcrafted from organic materials, our return policy is as follows:

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom, small-batch nature of our studio production, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind," aesthetic preference (such as specific wood grain patterns), or incorrect size selection.

Note: We provide detailed technical sizing charts for all apparel to ensure you can select the correct fit prior to purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the integrity of our work. If your order arrives structurally defective or was damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Period: Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process: Please email chrisminer@charisstudios.com with your order number and clear photographs of the defect or the damaged packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will prioritize the production of a replacement piece for you. If a one-of-a-kind item (such as a specific Syzygy tray) cannot be replicated, a full refund or studio credit will be issued.

3. Natural Variations

For our wood and resin products, please understand that wood is a living medium. Minor "movement," natural knots, and unique grain structures are not considered defects; they are the thumbprints of the Creator and the defining characteristics of artisan-made goods.
