Live-edge walnut on one side, a polished pour of resin on the other — a balanced, side-by-side composition that works as a serving tray, charcuterie surface, or standing centerpiece. Choose your size and resin color, and we pour, cure, and hand-finish your tray to order. Hidden beneath a contrasting-wood inlay on the back, an embedded NFC smart tag links it to a story all its own.

Syzygy (συζυγία) means "yoked together" — two distinct elements, wood and resin, working in perfect harmony.

Specifications

• Sizes: 12" × 18" or 18" × 24", approximately 3/4" thick (live-edge slabs vary slightly — your tray is one of one).
• Materials: Sustainably sourced live-edge walnut and food-safe deep-pour epoxy.
• Finish: Hand-rubbed organic mineral oil and beeswax, sanded to a glass-like 600-grit.
• Production time: Each tray is poured and cured to order — please allow 3 weeks.

Turn the tray over and you'll find a small contrasting-wood inlay set flush into the back — part of the craft, not bolted on. Beneath it sits an embedded NFC chip. Tap it with any smartphone (no app to download) and a private page opens, unique to your tray and powered by our Tapped platform.

Care
